Hello! I am Maria, 25 years old from Greece and I am looking for either a room or a studio in Amsterdam (and around max 45 minutes with public transportation). I’m looking to rent long term with REGISTRATION. I am very clean and responsible as I have experience living with other people in different countries, thus I am very adaptable and easygoing. I don't look much in a room as long as I have my own space. In my free time I like to hang out with friends and do activities outside of the house. I love going to the cinema, biking/walking around the city, exploring new places to drink or eat. Ideally it'd be great to do activities with my future flatmates too but it's not exclusive as I understand everyone has their own routine. I don't have pets even though I love them and I don't smoke.

From September 2027 I'll be starting a BSc in Economics and Business Economics at VU Amsterdam, so I'm looking for a long-term place rather than a short stay. About me: I'm quiet and tidy, I cook a lot, and I keep to a regular routine. I'm not a party person, but I'm always up for a meal or a drink with housemates. I've lived in shared houses before — a year here in Amsterdam and a year in Australia — so I know how to keep a shared kitchen usable. On the practical side: since I'm still job-hunting I don't have a Dutch employment contract yet, but I have enough savings to cover my stay, and I'm happy to pay a higher deposit or several months of rent in advance. I can provide a bank statement. One requirement: the address must allow registration with the gemeente (inschrijving mogelijk). I'm in Amsterdam now and can view at short notice.
