I am an exchange student looking to move to The Netherlands for 6 months to study at KABK

Hoi! Ik ben Livia, een 26-jarige zelfstandige ondernemer (auteur en coach) op zoek naar een fijne, rustige plek om mijn nieuwe thuis van te maken; bij voorkeur in Delft of directe omgeving. Ik ben oorspronkelijk Nederlands, heb een aantal jaar in het buitenland gewoond, en ben nu weer terug om me hier definitief te settelen. Ik ben zeer netjes, stil, drink niet, rook niet, heb geen huisdieren, en ga altijd respectvol om met een woning. Ik ben per direct beschikbaar en zoek een zelfstandige woonruimte (geen huisgenoten of gedeelde voorzieningen) voor de langere termijn. Laat gerust weten als mijn profiel bij je woning past! Ik heb een stabiel inkomen, ruime spaargelden, en ben ook in staat om meerdere maanden vooruit te betalen als dat helpt bij de beslissing.
