Ik ben David, een 22-jarige Ierse student die in eind augustus 2026 begint aan een Researchmaster Geschiedenis aan de Universiteit Leiden. Ik ben niet-roker, netjes en respectvol, en heb alle benodigde documenten klaar (inschrijfbewijs, ID, inkomensbewijs, verzekering). Ik kan 2–3 maanden huur voorschieten en beschik over een ouderlijke borg. Ik ben 4–7 augustus in Den Haag/Leiden voor bezichtigingen en kan snel een huurcontract ondertekenen.
