Hi! I’m Kas, 18 years old and originally from Belgium. I’m currently studying BSc Aerospace Engineering at TU Delft. I speak Dutch, English and a bit of French, and I’m looking for a nice house with a good atmosphere. In my free time I enjoy a lot of creative and outdoor hobbies. I listen to a lot of music (especially bands like The Cure and The Smiths, but honestly almost anything), I like photography, and I enjoy cooking from time to time. I also really like spending time outdoors, whether that’s camping, hiking or going on bikepacking trips. Besides that, I also spend quite a bit of time running, going to the gym and cycling (road cycling/MTB). I’d describe myself as a calm, motivated and tidy student. I enjoy a cozy and social atmosphere at home, but I’m not really a big party person.

Mijn naam is Liv (21) en ik studeer Advertising & Beyond aan de Willem de Kooning Academie. Ik hou van fotografie, graphic design en theater. Momenteel woon ik in Den Haag, maar samen met mijn goede vriendin en klasgenoot Rhiannon (19) ben ik op zoek naar een woning in Rotterdam, zodat wij dichter bij onze opleiding kunnen wonen en ons daar voor langere tijd kunnen vestigen. Rhiannon komt oorspronkelijk uit Ierland en woont inmiddels al een jaar zelfstandig in Rotterdam. We zijn netjes, georganiseerd en hechten veel waarde aan een rustige leefomgeving. We vinden het leuk om tijd door te brengen met vrienden maar we vinden een kalm huis ook belangrijk en houden we altijd rekening met onze buren. Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Daarnaast roken we niet en hebben we geen huisdieren. Graag stellen wij ons verder persoonlijk aan u voor tijdens een bezichtiging.

I like traveling, and I am also a volunteer at a scout group in Greece. By the way, I also studied for my Master's in Hamburg, Germany between 2017-2020, and I have lived there before in shared flat and student housing. Excited to come at Delft!

I'm a tidy, responsible tenant looking for a comfortable home to settle into during my studies as my current contract is ending soon. I've been living in the Netherlands for almost a year, always been on time with the rent and with utilities. About me: I love spending time outdoors, hiking, cycling, beach trips, especially when the sun's out! I'm a tennis player I love skiing and genuinely enjoy keeping shared spaces clean and well-organized. I'm social but considerate: I love hosting dinners and going out with friends, but I'm respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels in check. I don't smoke. When I'm not studying, you'll find me exploring vintage shops and flea markets, trying new recipes in the kitchen, or planning my next adventure. I've traveled to Morocco and Norway (both incredible!) and have the Azores on my summer itinerary.
