My husband is 28 years old and is pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence while completing a full-time internship. Together, we have a stable monthly income of approximately €2,500, which will increase once I begin full-time employment. And we have savings and financial support from our parents. We currently live in Leiden and have rented there for the past one year. We have an excellent rental history and can provide landlord references upon request. In fact, after our first rental contract ended, our landlord offered us another studio to rent because of the positive experience he had with us. He has often complimented us on keeping the property clean, tidy, and well maintained, and has noted that we always took great care of the home. We are responsible, respectful, and organized tenants who value a quiet and clean living environment. In our free time, we enjoy cooking, reading, travelling, and maintaining a comfortable home.
