Ik ben een 28-jarige student, momenteel ingeschreven voor de master Biomedical Engineering aan de Universiteit Twente. In september begin ik een stage bij de Technische Universiteit Delft. Ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Hamburg in Duitsland en woon nu in Hengelo in mijn eigen studio. Ik ben een open, nette en betrouwbaar persoon die veel waarde hecht aan een prettige woonomgeving. Ik rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. Mijn interesses liggen bij Formule 1, koken, gaming en lezen. Daarnaast speel ik competitief badminton en speelde vroeger ook crossminton, voordat ik naar Nederland verhuisde.

I’ll work 40h per week :-( but I am also looking forward to getting to know the city and the people and I appreciate a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere in the apartment, where you can feel like home. So far I’ve always had friendships with my roomies and I like to cook together or watch a show together (especially in cozy wintertime!) I’m Markus, a 26-year-old Medical Engineering student from JKU/Austria. I’ll be studying at TU/e in Eindhoven as part of an exchange programme, and I’m looking for accommodation from around 17 August until the end of January. I’m generally pretty relaxed and enjoy spending time with other people, but I’m also perfectly happy doing my own thing. When it comes to my own projects and interests, I can sometimes get a bit too invested in the details — probably an engineering thing :) In my free time I like dancing, going to the gym, running and swimming. I also play the trombone and enjoy programming, although I probably won’t be bringing the trombone to Eindhoven :)

I am 19 years old, from Munich, Germany, and moving to Delft to start my bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering. I am the oldest of four siblings and used to doing my share around the house, such as cooking once a week for my family, doing laundry and helping to clean. I enjoy playing games with them and the fact that I am not often home alone. In year 11 I organised half a year abroad in New Zealand for myself, where I lived with a host family. I am therefore used to settling into a new environment and to living in and respecting someone else's home. Hobby-wise, I love outdoor sports such as mountain biking and kitesurfing. I love playing spikeball, volleyball and football with friends, as well as cooking together, having board game nights and dancing at parties. In Delft I am very excited to meet new people and to study something that really interests me, since I have always loved doing small engineering projects, especially ones related to aerospace.
