I'm flexible with the rental period — I'm equally happy with a shorter contract (6 months) or a longer-term place, whatever works best for you. A bit about me: I'm tidy, easy-going and sociable. I get along well with housemates and enjoy shared moments, but I'm also respectful and low-drama to live with. I keep common areas clean and I'm generally an easy person to share a home with. In my free time I'm into sports, music and flims. On the practical side: my rent is backed by my parents as guarantors, so there's a reliable financial guarantee and payments won't be an issue.
