In een studentenhuis ben ik altijd groot fan van een spelletje met z'n allen of met iedereen eten, en na jaren hard werken oefenen is zijn mijn kookkunsten ondertussen toch niet zo slecht meer.

Verder krijg ik studiefinanciering en een toelage van mijn ouders die zich ook garant stellen, wat hopelijk extra zekerheid biedt. Ik zoek een nieuwe woning omdat mijn huidige studio wordt verkocht. Gedurende mijn verblijf daar heb ik altijd de huur op tijd betaald en ik ben een rustige huurder die niet rookt, niet drinkt, geen huisdieren heeft en geen harde muziek afspeelt. Ik ben dus op zoek naar een fijne nieuwe plek om te wonen en deze woning sluit perfect aan bij mijn wensen. Ik ben alleenstaand en zal dus alleen in de woning gaan wonen.
