My position will be Product Assessor (watches). I have a stable income from employment and am moving specifically for work, which ensures consistent rent payments. I live a quiet and structured lifestyle—I am no longer a student and spend most of my time either working, editing photos at home, or repairing and servicing watches. I am very tidy and take good care of the place I live in. I have lived at the same address in Maastricht for the past five years, where I had a very good relationship with my landlord. Rent payments were always on time. With my current stable income, payments have been consistent.

Ik ben Melissa (28), oorspronkelijk uit Duitsland, en ik start in maart als fulltime onderzoeksassistent aan de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, waar ik ga werken aan biodiversiteitsthema’s. Mijn contract loopt twee jaar en ik ben op zoek naar een kamer voor langere tijd. Eerder verhuizen (bijvoorbeeld in februari) is voor mij ook mogelijk. Ik heb net mijn studie in Duitsland afgerond en kijk er erg naar uit om mijn eerste “echte” baan in Amsterdam te beginnen. Kleine disclaimer: ik spreek nog geen Nederlands (wel Duits, Engels en Spaans), maar ik heb al eens les gehad en verwacht het redelijk snel op te pakken. Het afgelopen jaar heb ik onderzoek gedaan naar wilde bijen in stedelijke omgevingen.. Ik ben open en vriendelijk, netjes en gewend om samen te wonen. Ik vind het leuk om af en toe samen te eten of te praten, maar kan ook goed mijn eigen ding doen. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik veel, ben ik graag buiten en kook ik regelmatig (meestal vegetarisch/vegan). Omdat mijn vriend in Londen woont, ben ik soms een weekend weg. Over the past year, I worked on research about wild bees in urban environments, with sustainability being close to my heart. I’m easygoing, love to cook (mostly veggie) and generally uncomplicated to live with. I’ve lived in shared flats for many years and genuinely enjoy it. Whether the flat is more social or more on the quiet side, I’m happy with both. In my free time I like running, being outdoors, and I’ll probably join a gym once I’ve settled in. Ciaoo, ik ben Ella! Ik zit in het laatset jaar van mijn bachelor Graphic Design-opleiding in Utrecht en woon momenteel in Amsterdam Oost. Jammer genoeg moet ik hier snel uit en ben ik daarom opzoek naar een nieuwe gezellige kamer in Amsterdam. Ik ben vaak bezig met nieuwe ontwerpen voor merken, boeken, kledingstukken of galerieprojecten. Naast design vind je me graag in de keuken, waar ik experimenteer met zelfgemaakte gerechten (mijn Aziatische gerechten zijn favoriet!). Of het nu gaat om een spontaan idee voor een uitje, een goed gesprek op de bank of een relaxte filmavond, ik ben altijd in voor wat gezelligheid. Maar tegelijkertijd respecteer ieders behoefte aan rust en ruimte, maar zorg er ook voor dat gemeenschappelijke ruimtes netjes blijven en dat het huis een fijne plek is voor iedereen. Met mij als huisgenoot krijg je niet alleen een schone keuken, maar ook een flinke dosis creativiteit, gezelligheid en avontuur.
