-PRESENTATION Hello! My name is Marco, and I am an aerospace Engineering bachelor's student from Turin, Italy. I am passionate about the Aersopace industry, and I am very focused on my studies at Politecnico di Torino, which take up most of my time. However, I have many hobbies too. For instance, I really enjoy traveling and exploring both urban and natural places far from home. When traveling I never miss an opportunity to take some nice pictures with my DSLR camera. Please note that I am legally required to register at the municipality where I will be staying. I will have to live in the Delft area for two years, but I am open to staying in different places throughout that time. I would be a perfect tenant for your property as I am a quiet person, I don't smoke, I don't have pets, and I have previous experience living alone and taking care of my space, as I have lived in a room with a private bathroom and toilet in Turin for the last two years.

Hello! I am a prospective student at Leiden University starting September, and I'm looking for a room to rent for the duration of my studies. I will be studying international relations, which is a subject I'm very passionate about! To pursue this, I am looking for accomodation starting this summer or fall. I've lived in flatshares for most of my previous studies, so I'm well-accustomed to living with others! I've also lived in a lot of different countries before - Germany, France, Canada, Mexico, India and Japan for example. I love getting to know new countries, new people and overall, cultural exchange and openness are very important to me when living abroad, especially towards the host country. As a roommate, I value exchange, respect and cleanliness in my sleeping area. I believe communication on how to live together comfortably is key. Is there a cleaning plan, or not? Do we value spending time together, or more of a private living arrangement? Beyond that, I have a dust allergy, so I keep my room very clean. Financially, I have always been a very reliable tenant.
