Wij zijn rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke mensen en gaan zorgvuldig en met respect met een woning om. Wij spreken allebei Nederlands op A1-A2-niveau en zijn actief bezig om onze Nederlandse taalvaardigheid verder te verbeteren. Omdat wij collega’s zijn, zoeken wij een woning met twee aparte slaapkamers, zodat ieder van ons een eigen kamer heeft. Wij werken allebei en brengen het grootste deel van de dag op ons werk door. Daarom zijn een tuin, balkon of andere buitenruimte voor ons niet belangrijk. Voor ons zijn twee aparte slaapkamers, een rustige woonomgeving en een goede bereikbaarheid van Nijkerk veel belangrijker. Inschrijving op het adres voor beide personen moet mogelijk zijn. Wij zoeken bij voorkeur een woning voor langere tijd en hopen een fijne en rustige plek te vinden waar wij na ons werk prettig kunnen wonen. Heeft u een geschikte woning voor ons? My name is Andreas, :)) 23, from southern Germany. In September I'm moving to The Hague to start a one-year master's in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University, and I'm looking for a room I can settle into for the whole duration of my studies, not just somewhere to sleep between lectures. The thing I care about most in a shared home is trust, simply being someone you can rely on, whatever kind of day it's been. I'm quiet and easy to live with, but sociable too, I genuinely enjoy cooking, a shared meal or a beer in the evening, and I can just as happily have a calm night in. It really depends on the mood, I read the room and fit in. I like a home that actually works, where the kitchen gets used, where I do my share without being asked, and where I'll fix a small thing rather than let it sit. I'm tidy, low-drama, and I've never minded picking up a little slack for people I live with. Alongside my studies I intend to work as well, so my days are structured and my rhythm fits a working household.
