As a student I don't yet have Dutch income, but rent is well covered: my father is acting as guarantor and comfortably meets the income requirements, and I can also pay several months' rent upfront for extra assurance. I'm looking for a stable, long-term stay for the duration of my studies (up to four years). I'm flexible on move-in timing, ideally settling in during August before classes start.
