Hi! I’m Amaël, a 2x-year-old from France moving to Eindhoven on November 1st to start at Alten as an Embedded Software Engineer. I’m coming over on a VIE, a French program run through Business France that lets you work abroad on a fixed-term contract (mine is 12 months minimum). I earn around €4,500 gross a month, so the rent is comfortably covered, and I can share my contract and payslips whenever needed. I’m easygoing, I keep my space tidy and quiet, and I spent three years in my last apartment in France without any issue, so my former landlord would gladly vouch for me. I’m always up for getting out and doing things, whether it’s climbing, volleyball, a game of chess or just a beer with whoever’s around. Meeting new people is a big part of why I went for a VIE in the first place. I’m looking to move in on November 1st for at least 12 months, though I’m flexible on timing. Ik ben Riswan. Na het behalen van mijn bachelor diploma ben ik gevraagd voor een sous chef functie bij het bedrijf waar ik naast het studeren altijd heb gewerkt. Dit heb ik vervolgens met veel enthousiasme aangenomen. Wel ben ik nu opzoek naar een woning omdat ik momenteel geen student meer ben en dus helaas uit mijn studenten studio moet vertrekken. Ik heb ongeveer 6 jaar gehuurd en gewoond bij SSH met veel plezier maar momenteel is het tijd voor iets volwasseners, waar ik ook echt wel aan toe ben. Verder ben ik een rustige man die niet rookt. Ook houd ik van schone leefruimtes en kan ik heel erg genieten van een goed boek. Ik houd van koken, lezen, creatief bezig zijn, planten en gamen. Ze zijn allebei lid van een studentenvereniging (NSL) waaraan ze actief deelnemen, Ook zijn ze actief lid van de studievereniging. Ze wonen nu nog thuis (in Ede). Dat betekent 2 uur reizen enkele reis. Ze zijn dan ook allebei hard op zoek naar een kamer. Liefst allebei op een eigen plek, maar samen zou ook kunnen.
