Hallo! Voorlopig spreek ik alleen Engels, maar ik heb mijn profiel naar het Nederlands vertaald voor particuliere verhuurders die dat wellicht prettiger vinden. Mijn naam is Halle. Ik ben een 33-jarige Amerikaans-Vietnamese vrouw en woon inmiddels zo'n negen jaar in Nederland. Binnenkort krijg ik waarschijnlijk mijn permanente verblijfsvergunning; voor dat proces moet ik ook Nederlands leren, dus ik hoop op wat geduld wat dat betreft! Ben je op zoek naar een huurder die internationaal georiënteerd, hoogopgeleid en bereisd is, en daarnaast rustig, verantwoordelijk en humoristisch? Laten we dan kennismaken! Ik werk momenteel op afstand als freelance business marketer. Gezien mijn inkomen en levensstijl ben ik op zoek naar betaalbare woonruimte, zoals een studio of een kamer met eigen keuken en/of toilet. Thuis ben ik rustig; ik besteed mijn tijd aan lezen, koken of bloggen over mijn recente reizen door Europa. Ik ben niet van plan om vaak gasten te ontvangen of feestjes te geven. Niet roken, geen huisdieren, geen drugs. Ik sta open voor verhuizing naar elke stad in Zuid-Holland, mits het gaat om een ​​zelfstandige woonruimte met een maandelijkse huur van maximaal 600 euro. Ik heb in het verleden al zo'n vier keer succesvol gehuurd van particuliere verhuurders via Kamernet – voornamelijk in Amsterdam, waar ik acht jaar heb gewoond en gestudeerd. Hoi! Ik ben Hanna, 18 jaar, en na de zomer begin ik aan mijn tweede jaar Geneeskunde in Leiden. Ik woon nu nog in Haarlem, maar het is de hoogste tijd om een eigen, fijne uitvalsbasis in Leiden te vinden! Wie ben ik? Ik ben een actief, spontaan en ondernemend persoon. Ik zoek een plek waar ik me echt thuis kan voelen. In een studentenhuis vind ik het heerlijk om samen te koken, de dag door te spreken met een kop thee op de bank, of samen de slappe lach te hebben. Tegelijkertijd ben ik best zelfstandig, heb ik mijn eigen ritme en kan ik een rustige avond op mijn kamer met een goed boek of een serie net zo erg waarderen. Ik hou van een ongedwongen sfeer: gezelligheid is altijd top, maar zonder dat het verplicht voelt. Verder vind ik een opgeruimde, schone leefomgeving ontzettend belangrijk. Je zult aan mij dan ook een betrouwbare en nette huurder/huisgenoot hebben die altijd haar steentje bijdraagt aan het huishouden en de boel netjes achterlaat. Ik ben flexibel en sta open voor zowel een gezellig (gemengd of meiden) studentenhuis als een wat rustigere kamer of studio.
