I am Sotirios, a Greek TU/e Master’s student (on AI & Data Science) and part-time AI Software Engineer who has been living in Eindhoven since September 1st 2025. I am a tidy, responsible, and easygoing person who spends my free time at the gym or running. Financially, I am highly reliable with a steady net income of around €2,300/month from my tech job and DUO benefits, with plans to transition to full-time soon (which means very probable big increase in total income). I am seeking a home for 12 months or longer, and while my ideal move-in window is between July and September 1st when my current contract ends. I am entirely flexible and starting earlier is absolutely not a deal-breaker for the right place. Since I am already based here in the city, I have all my documents ready and am available to schedule an in-person viewing or a quick call at your earliest convenience.
