I understand the importance of maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful living environment, and I would treat the property with great care and responsibility. Ideally, I am looking for a contract of at least 12 months, as I am planning to stay for the full academic year and possibly longer. Alongside my studies, I will also be working, which ensures that I have a stable income and can reliably meet all rental payments. Hoi allemaal, Mijn naam is Tomas, ik ben 20 jaar. Ik ben tweedejaars student Zorg, Gezondheid en Samenleving aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Dit is een interdisciplinaire opleiding waarin Geneeskunde, Diergeneeskunde en Farmacie samenkomen. Ik kom uit Zoetermeer, waar ik mijn hele leven heb gewoond. Door de dagelijkse reistijd van ongeveer anderhalf uur ben ik inmiddels echt toe aan een kamer of studio in Utrecht. Daarnaast ga ik komend studiejaar een bestuursjaar doen, waardoor ik nog vaker in Utrecht zal zijn. Momenteel werk ik in het ziekenhuis in Zoetermeer. Zodra ik een kamer in Utrecht heb gevonden, wil ik graag de overstap maken naar het UMC Utrecht. Ik ben sociaal, rustig en verantwoordelijk. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag en probeer ik een paar keer per week naar de sportschool te gaan. Daarnaast vind ik het fijn om af en toe met vrienden af te spreken, naar de bioscoop te gaan of een terrasje te pakken. Ook kan ik goed op mezelf zijn en vind ik het prettig om thuis tot rust te komen. Ik ben op zoek naar een fijne woonplek waar iedereen rekening met elkaar houdt en waar een rustige, nette sfeer belangrijk is. ik ben Kiki, 19 jaar en ben dit jaar begonnen met studie scheikunde. Ook eerste jaar bij veritas. Ik ben altijd in voor gezelligheid en hou ook van dingen organiseren. Ook vind ik het leuk om sportief bezig te zijn! Ik heb jarenlang gehockeyd en ben dit jaar voor het eerst gestopt. Dus ben nu begonnen met hardlopen om alsnog mijn beweging te krijgen. Koken vind ik ook leuk om te doen, ik werk ook in de keuken bij een restaurant. Hou ervan om avondjes organiseren om te koken en lekker drankjes te doen. (kiptandoori is dan ook zeker m’n signature dish;)). Andere zullen mij omschrijven als; enthousiast, sociaal, vrolijk, gepassioneerd, gezellig en netjes. Ik vind het super leuk om na een drukke dag lekker te koken en even lekker te kletsen met het huis. Ik ben altijd in om iets te doen en vaak komt nee niet in mijn woordenboek voor. Ik ben een open boek maar kan ook een goed luisterend oor zijn. ik vind het leuk om betrokken te zijn en zelf dingen te organiseren, dus ik zie mezelf daar helemaal in opgaan! Hoi, Ik ben Myrthe,19 jaar, woon in het mooie Heukelum en ben net geslaagd voor mijn vwo eindexamen. I really value good communication and am mindful of keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone. I enjoy cooking and baking, which tends to work out quite well for the people I live with. My other amazing qualities include being the owner of a somewhat fancy espresso machine and an air fryer. I am pretty easygoing at home and generally like to keep things relaxed. After a long day I am usually happy to unwind for a bit, but I also enjoy spending time together, whether that's cooking, playing games, watching a show, or sharing a glass of wine. Other than that, I enjoy getting out and being active. I like hiking, camping, and going to the gym.
