So now I’m ready for a new chapter and am urgently looking for a new place to call home in Amsterdam — ideally a small studio or a spacious room with a private bathroom. A little about me: I currently work at Koopman International in Import-Export Administration, where I support various businesses located in Germany. It’s quite different from what I studied, but after graduating I decided to dive straight into working and focus on building a stable life here in Amsterdam. In my free time, I enjoy (vegan) cooking, meeting up with friends, exploring the city, and discovering new places. I would describe myself as open-minded, social, responsible, and tidy. While I enjoy being around people, I also really value having my own quiet space and coming home to a cozy place that truly feels like home. I've been living with my family in South-Limburg ever since I came. I can understand and speak a basic level of Dutch, but I didn't want to be misleading by writing this Bio in Dutch, as most of my daily life is in English. I've been working in a supermarket in hours varying between 24-40 h/w for these last three years. When I move to Nijmegen, I plan to apply to new part-time jobs right away. As of September, I will be starting my Master's in Radboud Uni. I'm pretty happy and excited to get back on track with my aspirations. But the housing situation is also a bit terrifying as I want to have a place where I can anchor now (I don't want to move around for a while anymore :D).
