Ik heb meer dan genoeg spaargeld om de borg en dergelijke te betalen, en sinds maart heb ik dus vast loon. Momenteel woon ik nog bij mijn ouders. Het is dus hoog tijd om een plek voor mezelf te vinden. Eerder heb ik een jaar in Tilburg op kamers gewoond, omdat ik daar toen studeerde. Mijn vrienden omschrijven mij als rustig, betrouwbaar en zelfstandig. Doordeweeks kijk ik graag films, doe ik aan fitness en voetbal ik bij DVSU (Lunetten). Verder heb ik geen huisdieren en rook ik niet. Mijn salaris is €2765 per maand (inclusief vakantiegeld). Hello! I'm a long-time self-employed multidisciplinary creative professional (photographer/creative director/media background) recently relocated to the Netherlands from the U.S. (Feb., 2026). I have a valid visa & residence permit, a business registered with the KvK, a growing network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having previously spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum. I'm also familiar with and open to Bussum and Almere, LOVE Baarn, Hoorn, Haarlem, Amersfoot and Den Haag - where I have friends. I'm aware of the housing shortage, and will happily consider any availability within a 90-minute commute by public transportation to Amsterdam, where much of my work seems to be. I have excellent rental history and personal references, and would be delighted to be the dream tenant you hope for, far beyond just the standard financial responsibility. I care for my space, have a green thumb, and love people, adore animals, art, golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too! En daar sta je dan... met mijn huurster afgesproken dat ik tot November kon blijven in haar appartement, maar binnen de eerste maand belde ze al op dat ze terugkwam van haar vakantie. M.a.w. ik moet nu voor 15 mei een nieuw onderkomen hebben geregeld. Dit is uiteraard niet prettig als je net gescheiden bent en je ex in je huis woont. M.a.w. best wel spoed met mijn zoektocht. Daarnaast heb ik een eigen bedrijf dat momenteel erg goed loopt, dus ook veel werk met zich meebrengt. Wel leuk werk overigens. Alleen door deze onverwachte wending moet ik nu ineens alles neerleggen om dit op te lossen. Ik heb eerder op woningen gepast en zie een tijdelijk appartement dan ook echt als eigendom van de ander en ben daar zeer voorzichtig mee en onderhoud het goed. Mocht je een studio of appartement hebben waar ik tenminste 2 maanden kan wonen, dan hoor ik dat graag.
