Hi! My name is Lucy, and I will be moving to Rotterdam to start my Bachelor's degree in Illustration at the Willem de Kooning Academy. Financially, my rent will be covered through a combination of student financing, a part-time job, and support from my parents, who can also act as guarantors if required. I'm currently looking for a place where I can settle in and feel at home during my studies. I would describe myself as friendly, responsible, and easy-going. My hobbies are mostly art-related, but I also enjoy cooking, exploring new places, and spending time with friends. I value a clean and comfortable living environment and am respectful of both my home and the people around me. Hi, my name is Benedetto. I am a 22-year-old student from Italy moving to Amsterdam to start my Master’s degree in Business Economics, specifically in the Neuroeconomics track, at the University of Amsterdam. To give an idea of me, during the day I spend a decent bit of time studying, as I put it on top of my priority list. And once that is done, I like to both hang out with my flatmates and friends to really do anything together, from taking a walk around the city, playing sport, cooking dinner and watching a sitcom or a movie together, to going out in the weekend. But I also like to spend some time on my own, chilling or working on my projects. About the house chores, I've already lived abroad with other flatmates and I would really want the apartment to be clean and tidy, and especially clean the kitchen after having it used, as to not make others do it for you. Financially, my rent is fully secured by my personal savings and my parents, who will act as financial guarantors. I am looking for a room starting in late August or from September 1st, for a duration of one year. As I am currently in Italy preparing for my studies, I am readily available for online video viewings at any time.
