Hi! I’m Hannes - 22-year-old product designer from Bavaria (near Munich, Germany) and I will start my Master’s at TU Delft 1st of September. I’m currently looking for a room in a shared flat from August / mid-August, and I plan to stay in Delft for around 2 years for my Master’s. I recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Technical Design and I’m very passionate about design, furniture, and DIY projects. I have my own 3D printer and really enjoy building and creating things. I’m also very into sports. I played ice hockey for many years at a high level, and nowadays I love road cycling, mountain biking, going to the gym, and skiing. Even though I love the mountains, I’m really excited about living in the Netherlands and especially looking forward to cycling here – I even have a few vintage road bikes :) As a person, I’m clean, disciplined, and respectful in shared spaces. I like to keep things organized and comfortable for everyone. At the same time, I’m social and enjoy student life. I like going out (especially techno and different music genres), having beers with friends, and spending time together. I’d say I’m a good mix of relaxed and responsible. I also enjoy cooking and occasionally make great pizza :) I’m looking for a friendly and social shared flat where people enjoy living together and spending time together — whether that’s cooking, or having a beer now and then. Hoi! Mijn naam is Daphne (25 jaar, vrouw) en ik ben op zoek naar een nieuwe woonplek voor de lange termijn. Sinds september 2025 ben ik met mijn eerste baan gestart als onderzoekstechnicus/onderzoeker bij de microbiologie afdeling aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam, echter woon ik nu nog in mijn studentenstad Wageningen wat een reistijd van (minimaal, als het OV meezit) 4 uur per dag met zich meebrengt om op mijn werk en thuis te geraken. Daarnaast zal ik in juli 2026 mijn huidige woning uitgezet worden, waardoor ik op zoek ben naar een nieuwe woning idealiter een stukje dichter bij mijn werk :). Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte en vind het belangrijk dat een woning schoon en netjes blijft. Ik heb een vast werkritme en ben doordeweeks vooral gericht op werk en ontspanning thuis. In het weekend vind ik het gezellig om af en toe iets te ondernemen met vrienden, maar thuis hecht ik vooral aan rust en ontspanning. In mijn vrije tijd lees ik graag, ben ik creatief bezig (haken, breien, af en toe schilderen, bakken en koken) en breng ik graag tijd buiten door.

My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed.
