het appartement is gerenoveerd in 2018 en altijd in goede staat gehouden door voorgaande huurders/expats. dat wil ik zo houden. Nu de wetgeving is gewijzigd, kan ik nog verhuren in de "doelgroepen" categorie. dat zijn masterstudenten elders woonachtig en tijdelijk (maximaal 2 jaar) voor hun studie in Wageningen willen wonen. Verlenging van de huur wegens studieswitch of langere studie is dus niet mogelijk (met dank aan de wetgever).
