I cook for myself, clean up after myself, don't have pets, and I'm not someone who throws parties. I shared a dorm with six other students for three years during my bachelor's, so communal living feels natural to me. On the practical side: my studies and living expenses are fully covered by my family and my own savings, and a parent will sign as a formal financial guarantor. Rent and deposit are no problem, and I can provide my passport, Saxion admission letter, recent bank statements, and a signed guarantor statement on request.
