My mother is a diplomat and she will be moving to Strasbourg for her posting in the summer. She will be funding me for my studies. I wish to move to Leiden latest in June but it would be best if I can find an apartment as early as possible so that I can get well settled before my school starts and also visit my mother in Strasbourg. I am particularly interested in the apartment you are renting out because of the nearby amenities, and the relatively short commute to my University. I believe I would be the perfect tenant because, even though I enjoy socializing, I like my home to be a peaceful and private place.
