Hello! I am Maria, 25 years old from Greece and I am looking for either a room or a studio in Amsterdam (and around max 40 minutes with public transport). I’m looking to rent long term with REGISTRATION. I am very clean and responsible as I have experience living with other people in different countries, thus I am very adaptable and easygoing. I don't look much in a room as long as I have my own space. In my free time I like to hang out with friends and do activities outside of the house. I love going to the cinema, biking/walking around the city, exploring new places to drink or eat. Ideally it'd be great to do activities with my future flatmates too but it's not exclusive as I understand everyone has their own routine. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current living conditions and open up new opportunities.
