Hi! I’m Nicolas, a 25-year-old Italian student moving to Amsterdam to start my Master’s degree in Public International Law at the University of Amsterdam. I recently graduated in Law in Italy and I’m also working part-time in hospitality in Amsterdam, so I’m looking for a place where I can combine my studies, work and daily life. I’m a responsible, tidy and respectful person who likes keeping the home clean and having good communication with housemates. Outside of university and work, I enjoy cooking, discovering new places, having a drink with friends, travelling and learning about different cultures. I’m quite social and I appreciate a home where people can have a chat, share a meal sometimes, but also respect each other’s privacy. I’m looking for a room or apartment in Amsterdam, preferably with registration possible, for a longer stay starting around September. Hi! Starting in September 2026, I will begin my MSc in Space Engineering at the Technical University of Delft. I am interested in renting a property in order to have an accommodation for the duration of my studies, that would cover approximately two years. I am willing to start the rent as soon as possible, and pay a few months worth of rent in advance if necessary. I am looking for at least 6 months of rent, though 12 would be better, and 24 would be ideal. I will be moving to the Netherlands from Faenza, in Italy, where I currently live with my parents and my brother in a house we own. My father is a mechanical engineer, while my mother is a physics major; they both work as high school teachers with a permanent contract in the Italian public school system. They will be my guarantors for the rent. I graduated my BSc in December 2025, at the faculty of Aerospace Engineering of the University of Bologna; during my bachelor years I took part in a student rocketry project as a technical department leader, and contributed to the participation of my team to the European Rocketry Challenge 2025 in Portugal. I am a calm, quiet and respectful person. I have no pets, I do not smoke, nor do I play any instruments, and I am confident that I will be a reliable and responsible tenant.
