Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. My name is Corlien, and I have been very happily together with Francis for almost four years. We are looking for our first home to move in together! Now that we have both graduated and started new jobs, this seemed like a perfect time to move in together. It is something we have wanted for a very long time! At the moment, we are both still living in our student houses. We have outgrown them, and I also have to leave soon because I have finished my studies. I am from The Hague and completed my chemistry degree in April. In May, I started as a research chemist at Lignitec, a Delft-based startup in bio-building materials. Additionally, I have been working as a retail specialist at Sounds, a record store in the center of Delft, for several years. I ended up there as a side job during my student days because I have been collecting LPs for years. I will continue working there part-time. On weekends, I defend the goal for a fun hockey team at Hudito. We always win the third half. My partner Francis grew up in Friesland and works as an AI specialist at Coolblue in Rotterdam. In 2024, he completed his Master's in Computer Science at TU Delft. When he comes home from work, he enjoys cooking a nice (Italian) meal. He also likes playing squash with friends at Squash Delft and regularly pulls out a board game. Francis and I met through the Delft student sailing association and fell so in love with Delft that we would like to continue living in this region. This way, we can easily travel by train or bike to work, family, and friends, who are largely located in Delft and The Hague. Together, we earn between €5,000 and €5,500 per month. My parents are very happy for us to find a home together. They (my mother) are therefore willing to act as guarantors for our rent. Hopefully, this gives you an impression of who we are.
