My job is to design and help with opening new restaurants, cafe etc. After 4 years of living in Swedish, calm countryside I wanted to come back to more busy, city life. That is why i am here in Amsterdam. I’m starting full time job in a lovely, French bakery Farine this September. I’m a very quiet and calm person, love having a good routine. I’m passionate about high quality food, design and art. During my free time I mostly read books or swim in open waters. A clean, well organized space is a key for my well being. Hoi! Ik ben Anouk, 21 jaar, en ik studeer momenteel tot leraar geschiedenis. Deze opleiding wordt helaas niet in Eindhoven gegeven, maar ik kom zelf uit de omgeving Eindhoven.
