Ik zoek een mooi, rustig en schoon appartement voor één persoon of een studio. Ik ben in een fasse waar ik gewoon rust en stilte wil, om mijn eigen ding te kunnen doen. Ik heb geen behoefte aan te veel mensen om me heen of buren die zich overal mee willen bemoeien en alles willen weten! Nee! Ik wil rust! Ik ben netjes; omdat ik alleen woon, maak ik mijn huis elk weekend grondig schoon en kook ik een paar maaltijden voor de week, die ik vervolgens in de vriezer of koelkast bewaar. Ik ben 23 jaar en rond komende zomer mijn master Molecular Life Sciences af aan Wageningen University & Research. Vanaf september start ik als PhD student aan de Radboud Universiteit in Nijmegen. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige woonruimte (studio of appartement) in Nijmegen vanaf de zomer. Ik ben rustig, netjes en niet-roker. In Wageningen heb ik 5,5 jaar in een zelfstandige studio gewoond en momenteel verblijf ik tijdelijk in Denemarken voor een onderzoeksstage.

Wij zijn een net en rustig stel en zoeken een woning om te gaan samenwonen. Wij roken beiden niet en hebben geen interesse in feestjes. Daarnaast hebben wij ervaring met het netjes onderhouden en (waar nodig) opknappen van een woning. Wij zijn beiden student: ik studeer aan Hogeschool Utrecht en zit in mijn 3e jaar en mijn partner studeert aan Windesheim in Zwolle en hij zit in zijn 4e jaar, hij werkt als botanisch medewerker. Momenteel wonen wij allebei nog thuis. Ons gezamenlijke inkomen bedraagt circa €4200 per maand. Alle benodigde documenten kunnen wij desgewenst aanleveren. Ook hebben wij een vrij grote spaarpot, als extra garantstelling, en daarnaast hebben wij ook een Garantsteller met een inkomen rond de €5000. Daarnaast zouden wij voor een jaar de huur vooruit kunnen betalen als extra zekerheid.
