My name is Anastasija, and I am 22 years old and just-graduated Master's student from Tilburg University. As I currently live in a student housing, I am looking for a new place to reside in starting from the beginning of September. I would be very happy to be a potential new tenant for this property! I have lived in two separate properties during my studies, and in both cases I have left the places in good conditions and have left a good impression! I am a very neat and orderly tenant who mostly does arts and crafts, draws or reads. I like to think of myself as a very non-conflicting, flexible and approachable person. At the moment, I am employed in “Loetje Tilburg” restaurant - a catering job in the center. This is my main source of income which would cover the rent. However, to ensure that there are no delays in payments, I have a guarantor – my father, - who is an ICT cunsultant working from Riga, Lativa, and who can secure all the payments if needed. Naast mijn studie ben ik actief als muzikant, speel ik met verschillende bands en projecten en organiseer ik regelmatig evenementen. Daarnaast speel ik regelmatig optredens door heel Nederland, die vaak laat eindigen wanneer er geen OV meer rijdt. Een kamer in de Randstad zou mij daarom veel reistijd besparen en het een stuk makkelijker maken om mijn studie, werk en muziek te combineren. Daarnaast kijk ik er erg naar uit om weer zelfstandig te wonen. Ik ben op korte termijn beschikbaar en kan snel verhuizen wanneer er een geschikte plek beschikbaar komt. Wat voor huisgenoot ben ik?
