Hello! I am moving to Delft as part of my master's studies in Aerospace Engineering, and just finishing my bachelor's at RUG. I am a very outgoing individual who enjoys spending my free time in the outdoors, and taking part in activities like running, mountain climbing, as well as projects that involve engineering design. I also love to travel with friends, discover new things and try new food. I am both Hungarian and American, and have lived in the Netherlands for about 3 years now, and have enjoyed every moment of my time here, and wish to continue. Besides English and Hungarian I also speak German and a little Dutch.

Ik ben Leonie, 20 jaar, ik kom uit Tilburg en in september begin ik met de opleiding Muziektherapie op de HAN. Ik ben een vrolijke, zorgzame, sociale (en opgeruimde) meid die de Brabantse gezelligheid met zich meeneemt. Hi, my name is Archie and I’m 19 years old. I’m originally from Spain, with British/Spanish parents - I’m fully bilingual. I’m moving to Eindhoven to study Industrial Engineering at TU/e and I’m looking for a comfortable, quiet place to call home while I focus on my degree. Before starting university I spent a gap year solo-travelling through South America, working in Maui and honing my surf skills, and spending a month in Bali surfing twice a day and meeting travellers from all over the world. It was an incredible experience that taught me a lot about independence, adaptability, and looking after myself (and others) wherever I am. I’m a responsible and tidy person; I take good care of shared spaces and respect the home I live in. I’m a non-smoker and don’t have any pets. I’m also pretty handy when it comes to DIY, so small things that need fixing are never a problem! Outside of my studies, I’m very active and love sport - tennis, kitesurfing, foil, surfing, skiing, wakeboarding, and hiking are all part of my life. I also have a real passion for food - I love cooking and eating well, with a good mix of Spanish and British influences thrown in. My parents are fully supportive of my move and are available to act as guarantors if required, so there is no concern regarding rent payments. I’m excited to be coming to Eindhoven and looking forward to life at TU/e. I’d love to find somewhere I can settle in, study hard, and explore everything the area has to offer.
