I came to the Netherlands to pursue my higher education. i recently completed a Master's Degree in Economics in the University of Maastricht and got an offer to do an Internship in the Hague. I am looking for accommodation in the Hague starting end of July or beginning of August. But I am willing to pay and move some of my stuff earlier if needed. I have visited the Hague several times and it has become my favorite city in the Netherlands without exaggeration. I look forward to the opportunity of living there. Although I am ideally looking for a studio, as I will probably work from home a couple days a week. I don't mind sharing bathroom or amenities with other tenants. I have shared a house with 6 people before so I have experience living with other people. I am someone who is very sociable, I really like playing board games, I enjoy cooking, baking and trying new foods. I also really like playing and watching Basketball which is my favorite sport.

Wij zijn Joris en Meike. We zijn allebei opgegroeid in Deventer en wonen mmenteel in Maastricht, waar we allebei hebben gestudeerd. Omdat we graag weer dichter richting ‘huis’ willen wonen, willen we naar Nijmegen verhuizen. Joris gaat na de zomer zeer waarschijnlijk fulltime voor de overheid werken in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Ik werk momenteel bij het Openbaar Ministerie en start binnenkort met mijn master aan de universiteit in Nijmegen. Omdat we beiden veel met het openbaar vervoer reizen, gaat onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een appartement op loopafstand van een station. Wij zijn allebei netjes, rustig en handig. We wonen inmiddels ruim drie jaar in ons appartement in Maastricht en hebben in die tijd nooit hulp van onze huisbaas hoeven vragen, bijvoorbeeld voor reparaties of onderhoud. Wij zoeken dan ook een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen die we ons thuis kunnen noemen.
