Hello there! I'm a self-employed multidisciplinary creative professional (photographer/creative director/media background) who relocated to the Netherlands from the U.S. in February. I have a valid visa & residence permit, a business registered with the KvK, a growing network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having previously spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. This time, my move is permanent. I have never felt more at home than I do with my feet in the ground in the Netherlands. I am in LOVE with Het Gooi region, where I'm and am temporarily staying. I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Bussum, Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum. I'm also familiar with Naarden, LOVE Baarn, Hoorn, Haarlem, Amersfoot and Den Haag - where I have friends. I'm aware of the housing shortage, and will happily consider any availability within a 90-minute commute by public transportation to Amsterdam, where much of my work seems to be. I have an excellent rental history and personal references and I care for my space. I have a green thumb, love people, adore animals, art, am newly enthusiastic about golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too! I would love my independence and a studio or apartment, but I also understand the housing shortage yields few or unaffordable rentals, so I'd be open to discussing sharing in a bright, comfortable place with someone kind and respectful, who appreciates some privacy and room to breathe. :) I have no pets, but huge bonus if you do! ;) Registration is necessary. My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts. Terms of rental period: I am planning to come to the Netherlands for one semester, starting from September 1st, 2026, and ending on 1st of February, 2027.
