Hi! I’m Hannes - 22-year-old product designer from Bavaria (near Munich, Germany) and I will start my Master’s at TU Delft 1st of September. I’m currently looking for a room in a shared flat from August / mid-August, and I plan to stay in Delft for around 2 years for my Master’s. I recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Technical Design and I’m very passionate about design, furniture, and DIY projects. I have my own 3D printer and really enjoy building and creating things. I’m also very into sports. I played ice hockey for many years at a high level, and nowadays I love road cycling, mountain biking, going to the gym, and skiing. Even though I love the mountains, I’m really excited about living in the Netherlands and especially looking forward to cycling here – I even have a few vintage road bikes :) As a person, I’m clean, disciplined, and respectful in shared spaces. I like to keep things organized and comfortable for everyone. At the same time, I’m social and enjoy student life. Hee, ik ben Joep(22), masterstudent en ben dit jaar begonnen aan de ME master high tech track. Mijn dagelijks leven laat zich het best omschrijven als “go with the flow”. Staat er wind, dan ga ik windsurfen; ligt er sneeuw, dan sta ik op ski’s of een snowboard; schijnt de zon, dan ga ik hardlopen, hockeyen of chillen bij Plankenkoorts; en bij slecht weer ben ik vaak in de boulderhal te vinden. En ja—als er een deadline is, duik ik ook de boeken in. Op dit moment ben ik opnieuw op zoek naar een kamer, omdat mijn huisbaas heeft besloten over te stappen van studenten naar gezinnen. Voor mijn huidige kamer heb ik al op twee andere plekken gewoont, dus samenwonen is voor mij niets nieuws. Ik kook graag en heb ervaring met vegetarisch en glutenvrij eten—ik heb dus al de nodige recepten paraat. Zelf eet ik alles wat de pot schaft.
