As I would like to become more independent, I am currently looking for a studio where I can live on my own. I came across your studio and I am very interested in it. I would like to know more information about the studio, including its availability, rental conditions, and whether it would be suitable for me as a student. If the studio is still available and suitable, I would be very interested in arranging a viewing. If everything is suitable after the viewing, I would like to rent the studio for a minimum of 12 months, with the possibility of extending to 24 months or staying for an indefinite period.
