Dear landlord, I am currently a second-year student in Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) and I am searching for accommodation in Eindhoven for at least one year - starting from as early as possible and it would be perfect to find a place till the end of my studies but any length of contract will suffice. I am looking for a studio, room or apartment, therefore, your listing attracted my attention. My homeland is Lithuania, but for my studies I have been living in the Netherlands for almost two years. I am a working student, I work at Flink - a company that delivers groceries to people's homes, therefore I have the funds to cover the rent. In addition to that, my parents provide me with additional funds, whenever I need them. I believe it is also worth mentioning that I do not smoke, do not drink and do not have any pets. I also like to keep everything tidy, clean and in order at all times - I am a bit of a perfectionist. Regarding my communication skills, I speak, read and write in English perfectly well and I started learning Dutch recently. Alongside those, I speak Lithuanian as my native language.
