Hi! I'm Roni and I'm looking for a flat/room. A bit about me: I'm from Barcelona and currently I work at the VU as a lecturer. I work from the office always, and weekends I can be out and about quite a bit. So even if I am probably not going to be around much, I still want to find a place that feels like a home and where people take care of the shared space. I have lived in many different shared houses already, I'm used to it and I'm fairly easy to get along with and adaptable. I am a very clean person (I have a passion for ironing) and also not a great cook (so I won't be taking up many hours the kitchen). I'm into hobbies ranging from french film to house parties. I will talk to my family quite a bit on the phone, but I have learnt to tone down the Spanish volume to acceptable standards. Also, not a smoker! Ik zoek een woonruimte in of in de omgeving van Leiden, het liefst voor een langere periode (minimaal 1 jaar). Aangezien ik nog niet in Nederland woon is het belangrijk dat ik me officieel kan inschrijven op het adres. Mijn budget is maximaal €1300 voor een appartement en maximaal €700 voor een kamer in een gedeelde woning. Ik ben eventueel ook geïnteresseerd in een appartement met twee slaapkamers, aangezien ik dat zou kunnen huren samen met een andere promovendus. Ons gezamenlijke budget hiervoor is onderhandelbaar.
