I am a 30-year-old PhD candidate from Brazil moving to the Netherlands as a guest employee at the Centre for Science and Technology Studies (CWTS), Leiden University, from September 2026 through July 2027. I am looking for a quiet, comfortable home with municipal registration (BSN) where I can work on my research and rest. I lead a calm lifestyle: I am single, a non-smoker, have no pets, and spend most of my time between researching, reading, and exercising. My stay is fully funded by a prestigious fellowship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), guaranteeing a reliable income. Additionally, my MVV visa and Residence Permit have already been approved by the IND. While my arrival is scheduled for September 8, 2026, I am open to renting earlier. As I am currently in Brazil preparing for my arrival, I am readily available for online viewings (WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams) and will be happy to share all proof of income and official documents.
