I'm looking for a room from mid-August, ideally for the full academic year (or longer I'd love to find a home for my whole degree). I'm social, active, and easy to live with. Outside of studying, I'm fond of hiking, cycling, and alpine/cross country skiing when I get the chance. I'm also into art and film. I look forward to visiting all the Dutch museums. I'm plan on learning Dutch and getting familiar with Dutch culture, particularly "borrels". I'm tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and interested in getting to know my housemates; shared meals and house activities are a big plus for me. My studies are funded through Lånekassen, the Norwegian government's official student loan and grant system which provides stable guaranteed and sizeable income. I’m Cristina, 25 years old, and I’ve been living in Amsterdamfor a while now. I work full-time in digital marketing as a team lead at an agency, and besides that I also run my own jewelry art studio at Treehouse NDSM. I’m also a very tidy person and I genuinely like cleanliness — to the point where I actually clean when I’m stressed, which I guess is not the worst coping mechanism to have 😅 I’m respectful of shared spaces and pretty mindful of the people I live with. At the moment I’m living with two guys already, so I’m very used to shared living and different personalities around the house. I’m social and happy to chat from time to time, but I also really respect personal space and everyone having their own routine.
