We are a Portuguese couple looking for a long-term home in the Netherlands. My girlfriend will be studying for a Master’s in Psychology in Rotterdam and working part-time, while I will be working in finance. We are responsible, tidy and looking for a place where we can settle and make the Netherlands our home.

My name is Carles, I'm 32 and Currently, I’m studying and working full-time 5 a week in DHL with an indefinite contract and earning a combined freelance work as a creative copywriter weekly, so I feel I’m more than able to cover the rental amount monthly without a problem. I’ve been employed for more than a year and plus my freelance projects I consider that my employment status is secure. I’m particularly interested in this property because I’ve already known the neighborhood, and I love the nearby amenities, parks, proximity to public transport, and easy commute to both of our workplaces. I’m quiet and respectful of others’ privacy and have always had good relationships with my many previous experiences with landlords or flatmates since I’m 18 and they’re happy to speak to that. Although I enjoy socializing, we like our home to be a peaceful place. Out of home, I love to go to cinemas & expos, take photographs or play sports. I’m actually training 3 a week at the triathlon Dolfijns club nearby on West.

Ik ben ook al tevreden met een woning met een aparte woonkamer/keuken combinatie en een aparte slaapkamer welke ik voor een zo lang mogelijke tijd kan huren, zodat ik mijn leven weer rustig kan opbouwen en mij kan focussen op mijn eigen groei. Ik ben een actief persoon, en ben ook graag buiten om in de omgeving actief te zijn met sporten en wandelen. Daarnaast houd ik erg veel van het ontdekken van verschillende speciaal bieren, waarbij ik een voorliefde heb voor IPAs. Ik ben ook graag op reis als het geld het toelaat, zodat ik nieuwe mensen kan leren kennen in nieuwe omgevingen. Ik ben een liefhebber van fantasy en sci-fi series, daarbij maakt het niet uit of het een boek of een televisie serie is.
