I’m in a position to pay the full year’s rent in advance if that would make things easier for the landlord. I therefore have stable and sufficient financial means to comfortably meet my rental and living expenses. I’m looking for a nice and cool place to live during my time in Rotterdam. Hi, my name is Paul and I'm moving to the Netherlands to pursue my Master's in Design for Interaction at TU Delft – a dream I've been working towards for a long time. I'm originally from Germany, studied and worked in Design in Weimar, and I'm someone who genuinely loves shared living. I've lived in shared apartments for 5 years, so I know what makes it work: mutual respect, clear boundaries, being there for each other, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Living together well is something I take seriously – and enjoy. Outside of studies I love cycling, hiking, sitting in cafés, and exploring new places. Hoi! Wij zijn Demi (22) en Marijn (23) en zijn op zoek naar een fijn nieuw plekje in Amsterdam. Marijn studeert Geneeskunde en gaat binnenkort zijn tweede jaar coschappen in. Daarnaast werkt hij af en toe bij het VUmc. In onze vrije tijd houden we van sporten, reizen en gezellig tijd doorbrengen met vrienden en familie. We zijn allebei rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke mensen en roken niet. We vinden het belangrijk om prettig met onze buren en omgeving om te gaan en zijn op zoek naar een plek waar we voor langere tijd met veel plezier kunnen wonen. Op dit moment wonen we op het August Allebéplein in Nieuw-West. We hebben het hier fijn gehad, maar zouden graag wat meer richting het centrum willen wonen, ook vanwege onze studie, werk en ons sociale leven.
