Hello! My name is Ava, and I will be starting my Master’s degree at TU/e this September. I am an international student from Iran and will move to the Netherlands for the first time in August and will be living on my own. I’m a quiet and tidy person, and I always make sure to take good care of the place I live in. I pay close attention to keeping the furniture and appliances in good condition, so you can be confident that your property will be well looked after. I don’t smoke or have pets. I’ll mostly be focused on my studies, and in my free time I enjoy reading and swimming. Regarding my financial situation, I have already provided proof of sufficient funds for my first year to my university. In addition, I will have extra personal funds available. If needed, I may also be able to provide a guarantor through family members living in Europe. I would prefer to stay for at least one year. As I’m currently outside the Netherlands, I would really appreciate an online viewing if possible. If that’s not an option, I’m happy to proceed based on a recorded video or detailed photos of the property, as I need to arrange accommodation before my arrival.
