Mijn reden voor verhuizing is dat ik momenteel een studio huur maar mijn verhuurder gaat de woning op korte termijn verkopen en ben dus naarstig op zoek naar een nieuwe woonruimte. Ik werk momenteel in loondienst, heb twee banen wat betekend dat ik niet vaak thuis ben. Dit in combinatie met mijn rustige aard zorgt ervoor dat ik een nette en opgeruimde leefomgeving onderhoud. Verder rook ik niet en hecht veel waarde aan een schoon huis. Weekenden ben ik niet vaak thuis dab ga ik er vaak tussenuit.

Ik zoek een kamer dichtbij een treinstation, het liefst in Rotterdam/Den Haag, zodat ik ook nog dichtbij bij familie en vrienden ben. I am 19 years old and I have been studying at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU) since August 2024. I initially secured housing for my first year, but my current rental contract will end soon, as it was limited to a one-year duration. I am currently doing a trial month at a new part-time job, which, if successful, will lead to a 7-month contract starting in September. I am calm, clean, and responsible. Hey ik ben Sietse, 20 jaar, en ga dit jaar beginnen aan HBO-ICT aan het Saxion. Ik houd van gezelligheid, een drankje doen, en muziek luisteren, maar ben thuis meestal wat rustiger dan buiten de deur, zonder dat ik mezelf helemaal hoef op te sluiten (samen avondeten en avondjes spenderen vind k leuk). K zoek zelf naar een kamer in Enschede die minstens 16 m^2 is en het liefst max €400 de maand is, en het liefst iets van een gemengd huis omdat ik de diversiteit die dat brengt leuk vindt, en nogal van een praatje houdt.
