I have recently started a fixed-term position at ESA/ESTEC in Noordwijk, with a gross annual salary of €52.000 (€4.333 per month), and I am looking for housing to cover the duration of my contract, which runs until mid-February 2027. In the first instance I am looking for a rental that covers this period, as that is the commitment I can guarantee at this stage. That said, I am fully relocating back to the Netherlands with the intention of settling here permanently. Well ahead of my contract ending I will be actively pursuing a permanent role in the area, and with that will be looking to move into longer-term housing, so there is every chance of continuity beyond the initial period. I am a responsible and tidy tenant, currently staying with family in Waddinxveen while I search for suitable housing closer to work. I do not have pets and do not smoke.
