They live in Hungary; they graduated this year and prefer to continue their studies in the Netherlands. They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. Should it become necessary, we guarantee the timely payment of: • the monthly rent; • the security deposit; • utility charges, where applicable; and • any other contractual financial obligations arising from the tenancy agreement. We are financially able and willing to support our daughter and Andor for the duration of their studies. Upon request, we can provide proof of income, employment, parental financial guarantee or any other documentation reasonably required by the landlord or by you as letting agency. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing.
