Waarom ik geschikt ben als huurder; Ik ben een 25-jarige man en woon inmiddels ruim 5 jaar zelfstandig in Utrecht. Mijn eerste 3,5 jaar woonde ik via Kamernet in een studio op het Utrecht Science Park. Daarna heb ik 2 jaar een appartement gehuurd met een huurcontract voor bepaalde tijd. Dit contract loopt af op 14-06-2026. Van mijn huidige verhuurder heb ik een positieve huurdersverklaring en in overleg is een eerdere overstap naar een nieuwe woning mogelijk. In september start mijn afstudeerjaar van de opleiding Journalistiek aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. Ik ben daarom op zoek naar een woning voor de langere termijn (5–10 jaar), zodat ik mijn werkzame en sociale leven verder kan opbouwen in en rondom Utrecht. In mijn huidige woning heb ik een goede band met mijn buren en ben ik sociaal betrokken in de woonomgeving. Ik vind het belangrijk om prettig te wonen en een rustige, nette leefomgeving te behouden. Indien gewenst kan een ouder garant staan met een jaarinkomen van €83.000.

Hallo! Ik ben een 23 jarige dame die graag uit haar studentenkamer wil nu ik ben begonnen met werken. Ik ben werkzaam in het HMC Westeinde op de verpleegafdeling. Daarnaast werk ik in de eerste hulp op evenementen en festivals. Dit doe ik zowel vrijwillig voor het Rode Kruis en als bijbaan voor EMS.
