Hey! I’m Marta, from Mallorca, currently finishing my Bachelor’s in Barcelona and moving to Delft in August to start my Master’s. I’ve been living with roommates for the past 4 years, so I’m really used to shared living and making a place feel like home for everyone. I’m a pretty outdoorsy girl, and I’d love to live in a place where roommates are open to doing things together, like cooking, having dinner, exploring the city, or just hanging out after a long day. I love being near the sea, music and hiking. My favourite band is the Strokes, but I love local Catalan and Spanish artists too! I'd love to discover and share new music together :)) I speak Catalan, Spanish and English and I'm currently learning German. I am also looking forward to starting Dutch once I move to Delft, so I can better understand the local culture and get more involved in everyday life there. I’m a Master’s student at TU Delft with a full scholarship, who also works part time as an Engineer remotely. I live with my partner, who is a PhD Employee in TU Delft starting November 2025 (meaning we have stable income). My partner has lived in the NL since 2023 for his Master’s degree in TU Delft, and I joined him near the end of 2025. Our current housing only lasts until March 2026 due to renovation purposes. We are a clean, organised, and quiet couple, and hope to be able to relocate to a housing with longterm contract.
