Ik ben Romy (rechts op de foto's) en Lynn (links op de foto's) is is mijn tweeling zus, ik ben opzoek naar een woning voor ons samen of een eigen studio of kamer. Wij zijn beide 23 jaar. Ik ben student aan de Hogeschool van Amsterdam en Lynn studeert aan de universiteit van Leiden (Den Haag campus). Allebei lenen wij het maximale bedrag (rond 1300 euro). Ik woon nu in Haarlem en Lynn woont in Den Haag. Beide hebben wij ook een bijbaan naast onze studie, wij zijn van plan om als wij ergens anders komen te wonen ook hier naast onze studie te gaan werken. We zijn allebei redelijk rustig en niet zo van feesten en uitgaan, vandaar dat we samen opzoek zijn naar een appartement of aparte studio's en niet op traditionele kamers willen gaan. Onze voorkeur gaat naar een woning in regio Den Haag, Leiden en omstreken, maar we staan open voor andere opties zoals regio Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht. We are mature, quiet, tidy, punctual, and non-smoking tenants with excellent references from our current landlord. We respect neighbours, do not host parties, and value a clean and peaceful living environment. We also have a small 8-year-old dog (12 kg). He is calm, well-behaved, accustomed to apartment living, never marks or relieves himself indoors, and has no history of property damage. Our current landlord is happy to confirm this in a reference as well. We are looking for a comfortable home in or near The Hague where we can stay for at least one year or longer.
