Als referentie: mijn huidige huur bedraagt € 800 per maand, die ik altijd netjes en op tijd betaal. Alle benodigde documenten, zoals ID, salarisstroken, werkgeversverklaring, bankafschriften en een verhuurdersverklaring, kan ik volledig en direct aanleveren. In mijn vrije tijd kook ik graag, sport ik regelmatig en reis ik naar plekken met een rijke eet- en cultuurtraditie. Ik ben rustig, netjes en hecht veel waarde aan een stabiele woonomgeving. Ik ben specifiek op zoek naar een 2-kamer woning met een aparte slaapkamer en kan intrekken zodra het appartement beschikbaar is. Ik kom graag in aanmerking voor een bezichtiging.
