7892 Tenants in Netherlands

Vanaf 1 Juni loopt mijn huidige accommodatie af en heb ik dus een nieuwe woning nodig. Ik ben een net, rustig persoon en ben recent gestart met mijn eerste baan. Dit is een contract van 2 jaar met uitzicht op verlenging dat mij momenteel €2500 bruto in de maand oplevert (dit word iets hoger, er komt 1 extra dag bij). Verder rook ik niet, heb ik geen huisdieren en zou in mijn eentje verhuizen.

Hi, Ik ben Sander, onlangs heb ik twee jaar op Curacao gewoond om daar natuurkunde en scheikunde lessen te geven op een middelbare school. Inmiddels ben ik weer terug in NL en opzoek naar een kamer. Ik zoek een gezellig huis waar mensen open zijn voor een praatje. Zelf heb ik op Curacao twee jaar op mezelf gewoond en daarvoor in NL in een studentenhuis. Ik ben een vrolijke en sociale kerel die niet vies is van een avontuur in het buitenland. In mijn vrije tijd doe ik aan boulderen (klimmen), tafeltennis, tennis, soms een beetje gamen etc. Ik ga in Nijmegen weer lesgeven op een middelbare school, dit ga ik vier dagen in de week doen. I am an alpha as well as a beta person, I am into technical stuff as well as into languages. I do a lot of fitness at home. I have done all kinds of interesting things mostly on the area of IT, but have stopped working on a fixed position for a while now. I am not the type working with a fixed agenda, I eat when I want, sleep when I want, go out where and when I want, but I am quite punctial with my appointments and rules. Also I keep all my business in good order. I am rather experienced with renting to expats, young foreigners and Dutch people, though not in the house where I live myself, so this is new to me, but I am open to new things.
