My name is Sofia, I'm 25, originally from Slovakia and I've just started my first year of bachelor's in Psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I'm currently based in Almere, however, I'm actively looking for a room closer to the university to cut down on commute expenses. Besides obviously being interested in psychology as I have chosen it as my programme of study, I'm into social science in general - history, sociology, learning languages and immersing in the unfamiliar are also my jam. I'm also an avid reader which is linked to the fact that I used to write one shots and short stories mainly towards the end of primary school and throughout high school (I haven't actually written anything that's not school-related in quite a long while but I definitely want to revert to it at some point). I am pretty respectful of other people's space and boundaries and pretty used to living in shared accommodation at this point - the place I live in now is my 5th shared housing. Therefore, cleaning after using common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom is something I do automatically without having to be reminded of or scolded for not doing it. I'm pretty introverted but I do have extraverted moments every now and then. I value privacy but I'm also definitely down for shared activities, cooking, watching TV or just chilling. Wij zijn twee werkende vrienden en zoeken met spoed een zelfstandige huurwoning in Almere of Lelystad. Wij wonen momenteel samen, maar de eigenaar van onze woning gaat het huis verkopen. Daarom hebben wij zo snel mogelijk een nieuwe woning nodig. Ons vorige adres was Steile Bank 22. Ik stond daar officieel ingeschreven bij de gemeente en het huurcontract stond op mijn naam. Wij hebben dus al ervaring met het gezamenlijk huren en bewonen van een woning. Wij hebben samen een bruto-inkomen van ongeveer €6.500 per maand en ons maximale huurbudget bedraagt €3.000 per maand. Mijn vriend heeft een vast contract bij Kuehne+Nagel. Ik werk inmiddels elf maanden bij Farm Dairy en over één maand krijg ik daar naar verwachting mijn vaste contract. Wij zoeken een woning waarin woningdelen is toegestaan en waar wij ons allebei bij de gemeente kunnen inschrijven. Indien gewenst kunnen wij onze arbeidscontracten, loonstroken, werkgeversverklaringen, identiteitsdocumenten en bewijs van onze vorige huurwoning aanleveren.
