So I’m now looking for a place, preferably in the Amsterdam area. I am clean, organized, and respectful. I have experience with shared housing in the Netherlands, so I’m used to adapting to others’ routines and sharing communal areas. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk. I will be relocating to the Netherlands and expect a higher income shortly. To provide additional security, I am able to pay up to 6 months of rent in advance and can also provide proof of sufficient savings. And I’m looking for a place where I can live for a year. My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed.
