Ik ben Merel, 23 jaar en woon al 4,5 jaar in Amsterdam. Ik ben net klaar met mijn master journalistiek. Ik loop nu stage bij NRC en hoop daar als trainee door te mogen, want heb daar echt m’n passie gevonden :). Ik hou heel erg van muziek (ik speel in een band en schrijf ook zelf muziek) en kan altijd de beste albums en concerten aanraden! Het liefste spendeer ik mijn mijn middagjes in een koffietentje, maar ik kan zelf ook heerlijke matcha’s voor je maken thuis. Ik hou van de Aziatische keuken en maak zo nu en dan een tripje naar de Amazing Oriental voor de beste ingrediënten (zeker in Noord voor de heerlijke streetfood!!). Verder houd ik van vintageshoppen, geef ik goed liefdesadvies! Ik ben op zoek naar een kamer in Amsterdam en omgeving, of in Leiden (want daar kom ik vandaag en ik zou het leuk vinden om terug te keren). Ik ben een huisgenoot die haar eigen leventje heeft en regelmatig dingen onderneemt, maar ook gezellig thuisblijft als we iets met het huis hebben gepland. Ik ben Thomas, 19 jaar, uit Utrecht en ben net begonnen met de studie mechanical engeneering in Eindhoven. Naast studeren ben ik veel in de klimhal te vinden waar ik ook werk als klimtrainer en routebouwer (zowel in Noeliet Utrecht als Neoliet Eindhoven). Ik ben ook lid geworden van de klimvereniging en vind het leuk om, naast het klimmen op de plastic grepen, ook weekendjes of weken naar de bergen te gaan om op echte rots te klimmen of een mooie wandeling te maken. Ook speel ik hier en daar een beetje basgitaar en als het hard waait vind ik het leuk om te windsurfen. Verder maak ik een heerlijke dahl en kan ik heel erg genieten van goed mexicaans of italiaans eten. Eens in de zoveel tijd vind ik een feestje zeker gezellig maar ik kan hou meer van een avond in de sporten, spelletjes, een goede serie of een boek. Ik ben op zoek naar een gezellig maar rustig huis, die het leuk vind om samen te eten en spelletjes te doen. Zodat ik niet meer afhankelijk ben van de, niet zo betrouwbare, NS en ik niet meer 7 uur s'ochtens op de bus hoef te stappen.
