Hi my name is Lan, I'm a first year student at Maastricht University studying European Law and will be continuing my second year this September. I'm a 20-years-old guy and come from Vietnam. As for my finances, although i am not working, I have guarantors which are my parents. They are both bankers in Vietnam. I can guarantee that their income are stable and will always pay rent on time. I find that having to share a kitchen and toilet with others is not for me and so I've decided that it is worth it to pay more and have my own home (I'm currently paying €900/month). My contract ends after June which is why i want to move in starting July A bit about myself, I do not drink, smoke or do any drugs. I'm a tidy person and i clean my room every week. I do often cook and practices guitar. As i study law, i don't really have time for more hobbies.
