Mijn naam is Bart, ik ben een 24 jarige student psychologie aan de UU. Ik ben een rustig en volwassen persoon, opzoek naar een nieuwe woonplek om mezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Na een aantal jaar in Texas te hebben gewoond ben ik voor nu terug bij mijn ouders terwijl ik hier een plekje voor mezelf zoek. Vrienden, studie en werk zijn in Utrecht en omstreken, een plekje dichter bij/in de stad zou ideaal zijn voor de komende jaren. Ik werk als fotograaf en grafisch vormgever naast mijn studie. Ik woon nu drie jaar in Utrecht met mijn vrouw en onze twee kinderen. Zowel mijn vrouw als ik zijn werkzaam en samen hebben wij een maandelijks inkomen van meer dan €4.000. Na jaren met huisgenoten wonen ben ik toe aan een plek voor mezelf in Utrecht. Ik wil in Utrecht blijven voor mijn sociale leven (oa voetballen bij Rivierwijkers) en werk. Ik ben werkzaam als leerkracht in Overvecht en mijn inkomen is €3050 per maand. Ik zou ook huursubsidie ontvangen (zo’n 250 euro) waardoor ik aan de inkomenseis voldoe.
